RESOURCE:Energy source, availability, site characteristics and existing physical infrastructure.
VALUE: Alternative use, operating economics, opportunity cost and potential value from computation.
FEASIBILITY: Energy access, contractual structure, technical conditions, site requirements and regulatory constraints.
Once an opportunity is qualified, CRISTALIZE identifies the computational operator whose technology, capital, workload and operating model are compatible with the site.
We coordinate the commercial framework between the parties: access, site rights, responsibilities, economics, operating rules and risk allocation. The objective is to transform a qualified opportunity into an executable structure without requiring CRISTALIZE to own the underlying asset or computational infrastructure.
